Business Analyst - Content Management

Key Technologies:  HTML, Sharepoint, eMatrix or similar content management solution.  CAD experience preferred.

Key Skills:  Must have strong interpersonal skills, good written and oral communications skills.  Understanding and experience with business process design/redesign.  Collaboration experience across multiple business disciplines is a must.  Understanding of product design, manufacturing startup and regulatory requirements desired.

Business Service Management and Senior Business Solutions Support

• Ensure knowledge base maintenance for knowledge transfer to offshore resources

• Manage daily hand-off of open issues from off-shore resources

• Assist off-shore resources in improving response capability through effective knowledge transfer and documentation.

• Monitor service level agreements

• Ensure operations processes are conducted in an effective and concise manner, specifically Incident Management, Post Incident Review, Problem Management and Applications Release management.

• Serve as business focal point and escalation process during critical outages ability to maintain appropriate sense of urgency while ensuring business customer service.

• Working knowledge of ITIL preferred

Technologies: Remedy, Clarify or similar Service management toolset, Unix scripting, Oracle, SQLServer, SQL database queries, Windows troubleshooting, Maestro, ScheduleX or similar scheduling solution.
