Collaboration experience across multiple business disciplines is a must. Understanding of product design, manufacturing startup and regulatory requirements desired.
Business Service Management and Senior Business Solutions Support
Objective: Focus offshore resources; provide level 3 local support, serve as escalation path during critical outages. Manage project surge capability.
Skills
Ensure knowledge base maintenance for knowledge transfer to offshore resources
Manage daily hand-off of open issues from off-shore resources
Assist off-shore resources in improving response capability through effective knowledge transfer and documentation.
Monitor service level agreements
Ensure operations processes are conducted in an effective and concise manner, specifically Incident Management, Post Incident Review, Problem Management and Applications Release management.
Serve as business focal point and escalation process during critical outages ability to maintain appropriate sense of urgency while ensuring business customer service.
Working knowledge of ITIL preferred
Technologies: Remedy, Clarify or similar Service management toolset, Unix scripting, Oracle, SQLServer, SQL database queries, Windows troubleshooting, Maestro, ScheduleX or similar scheduling solution.
